Welcome to The Little Red Cottages! Foraging has always been a fun activity for me. I love the hunt for wild food and medicinals. In this video, I’ll show you how to forage dock seed, also known as curly dock and yellow dock. Then I’ll show you how I mill it into flour. Finally, we will go on an adventure to Vermont and bake some dock seed muffins!
