OFF GRID Homestead
Max and Heidi live fully off grid on a communal homestead property that is powered by solar and micro hydro. Max runs a business where he deconstructs buildings and re uses or sells the materials. The home that they live in is actually built using mostly reclaimed materials and fits their needs well. They tour us through their garden and home and show how they even make their own cheese from the cow they have on the property.
